Curriculum

The Success Cohorts’ Curriculum covers topics relevant in today’s workplace. Discussions in each session target the experiences and interests of the cohort, as led by their like-experienced coach. This includes 12 sessions, held virtually and monthly 1-hour 1:1s with coaches.

Your North Star is your personal mission statement and defines what Success looks like for you. It guides you on your career (and life) journey. Success Cohorts supports an individuals’ development and understanding of their North Star.
